"Magic Cookie" Ice Cream was named the best new flavor at the National Ice Cream Retailers
Association Annual Meeting recently held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Antonio, Texas November
7-10, 2007. The Best New Flavor contest is held each year in conjunction with the Ice Cream Clinic
Review at the annual meeting. The ice cream is formulated and produced by Ashby's Sterling Ice
Cream, Shelby Township, Michigan. The company won the coveted First Place for its new flavor.
Ashby's Sterling Ice Cream, Shelby Township, Michigan also won second place for Almond Cherry
Streusel Ice Cream.

Amaretto Cherry-NICRA "Best New Flavor 1993" and "Best Fruit Flavor 2000"; LA County Fair "Gold
Ribbon Winner", 2005: Amaretto Ice Cream loaded with Cherries and Chocolate Flakes.

Butter Pecan-LA County Fair "Gold Ribbon" winner, 2005: Sweet, buttery Ice Cream with lots of
Pecan Halves.

Chocolate-"First Place"NICRA Award Winner in 1994, 1998, 2002; World Dairy Expo, 2005 and 2006;
and LA County Fair "Gold Ribbon", 2005: A creamy, smooth, pure Chocolate Ice Cream.

French Vanilla-"First Place" National Award Winner 1994, 2000, and 2003: A Vanilla Custard,
French-Style Ice Cream made with sugar egg yolks

Key Lime Pie-LA County Fair "Gold Ribbon" winner, 2005: Graham Cracker crusts with whipped
